PC2-CamLink

PC2-CamLink frame grabber is ideal for cost-sensitive applications. Compatible with one monochrome area or linescan Base Camera Link™ camera, the PC2-Camlink is a snap to interface to your vision system, thanks to the Camera Link standard and DALSA’s innovative visual status LED. When you connect the camera cable and external triggers, the PC2-CamLink’s bracket-mounted visual status LEDs provide an immediate visual indication that all signals are present and active. To further simplify setup, the PC2-Camlink provides direct power (5V or 12V) to your camera. The PC2-CamLink has been engineered within DALSA’s exacting Trigger-to-Image Reliability technology framework to more reliably and efficiently control and monitor the entire image acquisition sequence.

X64-CL Full

Compatible with a Base, Medium or Full Camera Link® camera, the X64-CL Full frame grabber is universal PCI slot compliant and supports a wide variety of multiple tap area and linescan color and monochrome cameras. The X64-CL Full has been engineered within DALSA’s Trigger-to-Image Reliability framework to ensure highly reliable and efficient acquisition control throughout the entire image capture sequence.

The X64-CL iPro is a highly versatile PCI frame grabber capable of acquiring images from two independent Base or one Medium Camera Link™ cameras and performing image transfers at rates up to 528MB/s. Its low cost, combined with its ability to support multiple tap configurations from both area and linescan cameras simultaneously; in addition to its on-board FPGA based processing (including Bayer decoding and real-time shading correction) makes the X64-CL iPro an ideal solution to a wide variety cost-sensitive applications where flexibility, performance and reliability cannot be compromised. The X64-CL Express is a Camera Link frame grabber that is based on the PCI Express x1 interface – next generation bus interface technology for the host PCs. The X64-CL Express supports up to two independent Base or one Medium Camera Link™ color and/or monochrome cameras. Its low cost, combined with its ability to reformat input data from multi-tap area and linescan cameras in addition to its onboard FPGA based processing (including Bayer decoding and real-time shading correction) makes the X64-CL Express an ideal solution to a wide variety of cost-sensitive applications where flexibility, performance and reliability cannot be compromised.

For greater versatility, the X64 Xcelera-CL PX4 Full board can interface with camera pixel depths and tap configurations not covered by the Camera Link standard. For example, the Xcelera-CL PX4 Full can support 10-taps or higher with 8-bits per tap.

Trigger-to-Image Reliability leverages Teledyne DALSA’s hardware and software innovations to control, monitor and correct the image acquisition process from the time that an external trigger event occurs to the moment the data is sent to the host, providing traceability when errors do occur and permitting recovery from those errors.

Xcelera-CL LX1 Base

The X64 Xcelera -CL LX1 Base is a cost effective frame grabber based on the PCI Express x1 interface. Fully compliant with Camera Link (V. 1.20) specifications, the Xcelera-CL LX1 supports single Base cameras and can acquire images from a wide variety of multi-tap area and line scan, color and monochrome cameras.

The Xcelera-CL LX1 Base is built within DALSA’s Trigger-to-Image Reliability technology framework and combines acquisition and external control signals on a single PCIe slot.

Advanced PCIe x8 image acquisition

Building on the field proven technology and performance of DALSA’s Xcelera-CL frame grabbers, the Xcelera-HS Series leverages the PCI Express (PCIe) platform to bring traditional image acquisition and processing technology to new levels of performance and flexibility.

Designed with the requirements of the machine vision OEMs in mind, the Xcelera-HS PX8 combines HS-Link interface with onboard preprocessing functions such as shading correction, Bayer decoding etc.

Addressing the emerging needs of bandwidth-hungry machine vision applications, DALSA’s Xcelera HS Series is defining next generation frame grabber capabilities to deliver image acquisition bandwidth of 1.8GByte/sec and host transfer bandwidth of 2GByte/s over multiple-lane PCI Express implementations with room to grow.

The Xcelera-HS PX8 has been built within DALSA’s Trigger-to-Image Reliability technology framework.

LVDS/RS422

X64-LVDS

The X64-LVDS frame grabber is a high-performance image acquisition board for parallel output digital area and linescan cameras compatible with LVDS (EIA-644) and RS-422 standards. The universal PCI slot compliant (32/64-bit 33/66MHz 3.3/5V) X64-LVDS supports multiple tap area scan and linescan monochrome and RGB cameras. Precise timing controls allow frame size adjustments in steps of eight pixels/steps for horizontal lines and in steps of one line/step vertically. The X64-LVDS has been engineered within DALSA’s Trigger-to-Image Reliability framework to ensure highly reliable and efficient acquisition control throughout the entire image capture sequence.

Xcelera-LVDS PX4

The X64 Xcelera-LVDS PX4 is a PCIe x4 frame grabber for conventional parallel digital output cameras. As part of DALSA’s flagship Xcelera Series of high-performance frame grabbers, the Xcelera-LVDS leverages the PCI Express (PCIe) platform to bring traditional image acquisition and processing technology to new levels of performance and flexibility.

The X64 Xcelera-LVDS PX4 has been built within DALSA’s Trigger-to-Image Reliability (T2IR) technology framework. The X64 Xcelera-LVDS PX4 supports a wide variety of multi-tap area and line scan color and monochrome cameras.
